Admittedly, with your professional on-page optimization you can still achieve considerable results
at the moment. But this is subject to two conditions:
1. That the search engines do not make any changes to their search algorithms.
2. That the search term you want to optimize is not massively popular, and thus has little
competition.
To get the best results you can, you should know how search engines actually function. Don’t
worry, it won’t be too technical!
Search engines have two primary aims:
1. They want to deliver relevant search results to their users as quickly as possible.
2. They want to earn money with popups, banners and other advertising.
And this moneymaking only works if people keep on coming to search. And they will do this if they

1. Your on-page pertinence, such as HTML technique, optimal structuring of your content,
amount of content and how up-to-date it is, etc.
2. Your off-page factors. They can contribute up to 90% to your positioning! Among off-page

from other websites (ideally, strongly-positioned websites). This means:

search results all lead to commercial providers. Let us suppose further that none of these alleged
"search engine optimizers" offer information that is really useful for your search engine

These providers have lured you to their sites with on-page and off-page optimization (link
references without content), but not offered what was actually searched for. Search engine
operators do not like this either. This is why it can be assumed that link references without their
own content will increasingly lose their significance in future.

websites they find?
